Marcadores forenses para revelação de digital com sangue: uma breve revisão

O desenvolvimento de materiais luminescentes tem sido de extrema relevância no campo de estudo das ciências forenses, devido as contribuições significativas na melhoria da revelação de impressão digital latente, qualidade das imagens e na detecção de inúmeros vestígios em cenas de crimes. Neste sentido, o presente artigo visa realizar uma revisão acerca dos métodos utilizados e os materiais com propriedades luminescentes promissores para aplicação em marcadores forenses para revelação de impressão digital com sangue em diferentes superfícies. Além disso, analisaremos o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias e a otimização dos métodos existentes com o objetivo de encontrar melhores soluções às questões que os peritos criminais enfrentam durante a investigação forense, tais como o aprimoramento de fatores como toxicidade, sensibilidade, superfície, eficiência dos materiais e dos métodos de revelação, com o uso de abordagens baseadas em materiais fluorescentes como nanopartículas dopadas com terra-raras, 1,8-diazafluoren-9-ona, corantes ácidos e ninidrina. Portanto, verificou-se que mais pesquisas são necessárias para entender melhor o mecanismo de reação envolvido desses materiais, bem como desenvolvimento de novos materiais eficientes, com baixa toxicidade e mais sensíveis para o processamento de impressão digital latentes em diferentes superfícies.
