Iniciativas para reduzir o Burnout de enfermeiros durante a pandemia COVID-19: um protocolo de revisão de escopo

Resumo

Objetivo: mapear as evidências disponíveis sobre iniciativas implementadas para reduzir a incidência da Síndrome de Burnout entre enfermeiros que atuaram na linha de frente durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Método: protocolo de revisão de escopo seguindo as etapas preconizadas pelo Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) e recomendações do checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR), nas seguintes bases de dados: Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane, LILACS, MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science e na literatura cinzenta. Os critérios de inclusão serão estudos primários, sem restrições de idioma e disponíveis na íntegra que respondam à questão de pesquisa. Na etapa de seleção, dois revisores realizarão este processo com o apoio do software Rayyan. Em caso de divergências, um terceiro revisor será convocado para auxiliar na tomada de decisão. Os estudos incluídos serão apresentados através de quadro resumo e discussão narrativa. Espera-se que o protocolo gere o desenvolvimento de uma revisão de escopo a partir de procedimentos metodológicos criteriosos, produzindo resultados capazes de contribuir com estratégias efetivas para redução do burnout na área de enfermagem, tendo em vista os prejuízos causados pela doença aos profissionais acometidos.
