Acolhimento de adolescentes com ideações e tentativas suicidas

Resumo

Este artigo é uma revisão integrativa da literatura que tem como objetivo investigar as principais estratégias de prevenção do suicídio entre jovens. A busca foi realizada em bases de dados eletrônicas e foram incluídos estudos que abordavam estratégias de prevenção do suicídio em diferentes populações jovens, incluindo LGBTQ+, indígenas e universitários. A análise dos resultados mostrou que as principais estratégias incluem a promoção da saúde mental, o acesso a serviços de saúde mental sensíveis à diversidade, a criação de ambientes seguros e inclusivos, a colaboração entre os sistemas de saúde e educação, o envolvimento das famílias e comunidades, a abordagem multidisciplinar e a promoção da cultura e tradições indígenas. As considerações finais destacam a importância de abordagens personalizadas, adaptadas às necessidades específicas de cada grupo, e da realização de mais estudos para aprimorar as estratégias de prevenção do suicídio entre jovens. As três palavras-chave são: suicídio, prevenção, jovens.
