Agrunolocitose e Dipirona: Relato de caso com recidiva após reexposição

Resumo

Introdução: A dipirona é um fármaco derivado da Pirazolona, em razão dos seus efeitos analgésicos e antipiréticos se tornou amplamente utilizado no Brasil e está entre os dez medicamentos mais comercializados. A associação com quadros de agranulocitose é reconhecida desde 1970, com mortalidade entre 10 e 16%. Objetivo e Metodologia: Este relato de caso apresenta um caso clínico de agranulocitose secundária a reexposição à dipirona com quadro clínico e laboratorial sugestivos. Conclusão: A anamnese desenvolve papel crucial para estabelecimento da relação temporal entre o uso do fármaco e o surgimento de sinais e sintomas, com impacto no diagnóstico precoce e manejo terapêutico adequado para o prognóstico do paciente.
