Panorama das Pesquisas sobre Satisfação no Trabalho Docente na Perspectiva Social Cognitiva

A satisfação no trabalho dos professores tem sido associada às reações afetivas destes profissionais em relação a função de ensinar. Este estudo tem o objetivo construir um panorama das pesquisas sobre satisfação no trabalho docente, realizando revisão sistemática. Levantaram-se artigos publicados no período de 2000 a 2016, nas bases de dados da CAPES – periódicos e da Scielo. As buscas resultaram em 36 fontes para análise. Notou-se, a partir dos resultados dos artigos levantados, que os estudos buscaram investigar a ocorrência de relação entre a satisfação no trabalho docente com algumas variáveis, tais como: autoeficácia, eficácia coletiva, exaustão emocional, estresse, entre outros. A relação entre essas variáveis têm sido um dos importantes focos dos estudos sobre o referido construto a partir da Teoria Social Cognitiva. Além disso, verificou-se ser importante que mais pesquisas sobre a temática da satisfação no trabalho docente sejam realizadas a fim de que mais artigos sejam publicados na área.
